• du (UAE) launches secondary share sale: du is selling 342 million shares (about 7.55% of its capital) via its investor Mamoura Diversified Global Holding in a Dh3.39 billion (~USD 923 million) offering. The move will raise its free float to ~27.5%, boost liquidity, and potentially enable inclusion in international indices.
